1. What is your returns/exchange policy?
We have a returns/exchange policy that allows for exchanges based on size but does not cover change of mind. If you receive an item that doesn't fit you properly, you can request an exchange for the correct size. However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items simply due to a change of mind. To request an exchange for a different size, please follow these steps:

- Provide us with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- We will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
2. Which carrier do you use for shipping?
We use Sendle as our primary carrier for shipping orders.
2.1. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, we strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders processed on Friday, Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the following week. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2.2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. Sendle provides estimated delivery times based on their standard shipping options. Please note that delivery times may vary and are subject to factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures or unforeseen delays caused by the carrier.
2.3. Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. This is to ensure the security and accuracy of your order delivery. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase to avoid any issues.
3. How should I care for my garment?
To ensure the longevity and quality of your garment, we recommend following these care instructions:
- Wash the garment in cold water.
- Avoid tumble drying the garment.
- Do not use fabric softener.
- Air dry the garment inside out.
3.1. Why should I wash the garment in cold water?
Washing the garment in cold water helps preserve the fabric's color, shape, and integrity. Cold water is gentler on the fibers, reducing the risk of shrinking, color bleeding, or damage.
3.2. Can I tumble dry the garment?
We advise against tumble drying the garment. Tumble drying can subject the fabric to high heat, which may cause shrinkage, fading, or damage to delicate materials. Air drying is recommended to maintain the garment's quality and shape.
3.3. Why should I avoid using fabric softener?
Fabric softeners often contain chemicals that can coat the fabric, affecting its breathability and reducing absorbency. Therefore, it is best to avoid using fabric softeners to maintain the garment's performance and quality.
4. How should I read the size guide for your garments?
Our size guide provides measurements based on the garment's dimensions, not body measurements. To accurately determine your size, we recommend laying a similar item of clothing flat and following the provided measurements in the size guide.
4.1. Why should I use garment measurements instead of body measurements?
Using garment measurements instead of body measurements allows for a more accurate fit since different clothing items may have different silhouettes and fit styles. By comparing the measurements of a similar item of clothing that fits you well with the measurements provided in the size guide, you can find the size that best matches your preferences and desired fit.
4.2. What if my measurements fall between two sizes?
If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend referring to the waistband measurements provided in the size guide as this is the smallest measurement of our garments, and sizing accordingly to this measurement -our pieces are designed generously in the hips and trunk. You can also reach out to our customer support team for personalized sizing assistance.
4.3. What if I receive a garment that doesn't fit despite following the size guide?
We understand that sizing can vary, and sometimes a garment may not fit as expected despite following the size guide. If you receive a garment that doesn't fit, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you.
