About The Empowered Figure

The Empowered Figure was born out of frustration. 

Frustration that activewear never quite sat right. 

Frustration that brands stopped at size L.

Frustration that activewear felt like it was made for people who were 'already fit'.

The Empowered Figure aims to reduce these frustrations, offering a diverse size range of 06-24, with hopes to expand on either side in the future. We got rid of the worded sizing such as "extra small" and "extra large", and instead have swapped them for numerical sizing. 

The Empowered Figure aims to provide you with activewear that makes you feel good (we already know you'll look good in it!). Whether you're on day one of your fitness journey, or day one thousand - we hope when you wear The Empowered Figure you are reminded of just how capable you are. We hope you feel empowered to run, jump, leap, dance, move and groove to the beat of your own drum! 

I have been working on The Empowered Figure since 2020. It's been a long journey, one that I didn't think would have so many set backs (thanks covid) and road bumps... but more importantly it has been a journey that has allowed me to connect with you all! whether through Taylah Tries or some market research, it has been so nice to connect with people who shared all the same frustrations that I did.
